Composer, arranger, performer mainly influenced by jazz, pop, world music, Lou collaborates with many artists throughout her career, adding new influences to shape her own artistic identity.
Curious about new things and challenges, she takes over new techniques, for example by brilliantly adding to her aery and spellbinding voice, the multiple sounds of the synthesizer, one of the many machines essential to the DOT NEMO project.
Lou’s other projects are :
JEAN PIERRE VERDOLINI JAZZ BAND
SWING UP ORCHESTRA
SANGOMA EVERETT 4tet
EYES OF VERONA
Antoine’s wide-ranging musical contributions span from blues/jazz/funk to Rock’n’Soul and electronic music.
Besides playing with LES FRÈRES BRASSENS paying tribute to
major French singer-songwriter and poet Georges Brassens, Antoine plays the drums in several cover bands such as KOOL AND THE GIRL (disco/funk), ANYA (pop/folk/rock), THE VINTAGE CLUB and the pop/soul cover duet HELLO YOU.
Within DOT NEMO, Antoine uses his experience and academic excellence (“Best Hope” of the 2010 Music Academy International
Drum Class) to set the pace for the collective ascent of the band and its audience.
Against all odds, Jeremy became a bass player in high school and found his true passion there. Musical adventures then followed one after the other through various projects including:
LES TRIPOTESEC (Wit Rock-Ska)
NICO ET SA FOUGÈRE (French Song)
LES FRÈRES BRASSENS (tribute to major French singer-songwriter and poet Georges Brassens counting more than 150 shows)
KOOL AND THE GIRL (Funk-Disco)
ANYA (Pop Rock).
These experiences shaped his person and contribute to the construction of
his very own perception of the world around him.
In 2018, Jeremy discovered a new vision of music and sound when he joined DOT NEMO, revealing previously unknown facets of his personality while bringing the inhabited groove of his bass
to DOT NEMO’s macrocosm.
Benjamin contributed to a multitude of rock, fusion, funk and chanson
bands through the years such as :
He is currently playing the bass in COCCYX (noise rock) and the guitar with JHONY MAALOUF DUO.
Because Benjamin likes to communicate his passion to others,
he is also an enthusiastic guitar-, bass- and computer music teacher
and the spark that kicked the DOT NEMO project off.
